Grant Application

May 18, 2010: Funding is limited for the remainder of 2010. All organizations wishing to apply for a grant during the Fall 2010 funding cycle must first send a Letter of Inquiry to Program Officer, Sue Richardson, and receive permission before submitting a grant application. Unsolicited applications will NOT be accepted. Letters of Inquiry should be sent to SLSR28@yahoo.com.

Proposal checklist: (PLEASE LIMIT MATERIALS SUBMITTED TO THE FOLLOWING)

Thirteen (13) copies of the complete grant application, including attachments (i.e. Applicable budget(s) as required)
You may recreate the application form for ease in completing, but we require that you limit your response to the space provided and use a minimum font of 12. We also now require that you use BOTH sides of the paper i.e. side one is page 1 with page 2 on the flip-side etc.
One (1) copy of your organization’s 501(c)(3) tax determination letter from the IRS
One (1) copy of your organization’s most recent audited financial statement for all organizations requesting $40,000 or more. If you intend to request a grant of $40,000 or more, please contact the Foundations's Program Officer, Sue Richardson before submitting your request.
