IMPORTANT DATES

The Noyes Foundation has two funding cycles per year. Below are the dates for 2026:

Spring Cycle: 

Letter of Intent:  Due ONLY between December 29^th, 2025 – January 9^th, 2026.  LOIs will not be accepted before or after theses dates.

Grant Proposal:  Due January 21^st at 5pm. NO exceptions. All proposals must be RECEIVED (not postmarked) by this date/time regardless of the day of the week on which the deadline falls. Requests cannot be delivered in person (NO EXCEPTIONS) but MUST be mailed (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) 

Please note that deadlines are firm regardless of delayed or lost mail submissions.

Fall Cycle:

Letter of Intent:  Due ONLY between June 29^th- July 3^rd, 2026.  LOIs will not be accepted before or after theses dates.

Grant Proposal:  Due July 17^that 5pm. NO exceptions. All proposals must be RECEIVED (not postmarked) by this date/time regardless of the day of the week on which the deadline falls. Requests cannot be delivered in person (NO EXCEPTIONS) but MUST be mailed (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) 

Please note that deadlines are firm regardless of delayed or lost mail submissions.

Note:  Due to high volume you are encouraged to submit your grant proposals soon after approval of your LOI. If any of the listed criteria is not included, the proposal is incomplete and will not be accepted.  Getting your proposal in early will ensure that the Foundation’s staff has time to process your application and notify you of any missing/incomplete documents. Therefore, it is in your best interest to submit your proposal as early as possible.

All application packets are acknowledged by email in order of receipt.
